The farm is live

Well, it's been 10 months thereabouts since I started. A lot of work has been put down and more to come. My annuals have begun to produce food, a little bit here and there. So far we have harvested, cassava, kangkung, long beans, 4 angled beans, corn, aubergines, chilies, and loads of herbs and stuff. 

Today's take was 5 eggs, (4 new ones alone), 2 aubergines, 650gm of angled beans. 

First Posting

My first posting on my first Blog. Yay! This isn't the first time I've done a website though. The first time was way back in 1996 using a Virgin account. As soon as I left UK though, that site got debunked. Next was the one I did using geocities. In fact its remnants exists even today at www.geocities.com/abas_san

Anyway, this blog would be another one of those Foodblogs Malaysians are fond of. Except of course, my blog would be more on the halal places to eat which are nice as well. I won't attempt to cover every single 'makan' place especially now since I'm recovering from a tonsil cancer. But, I eat a lot or used to, and I'm hoping to share what places that I really love.

Interspersed with the food posts, I will also maybe do some posts on other things that I like, like reading Fantasy and Sci Fi books, Aikido, Computer games and etc. But the main focus will be food. So enjoy!
